Pen & Sheet is a digital product. You get the sheet the moment you pay, and it can't be returned. So we don't refund a change of mind. The live demo is free and shows the whole sheet, so you can look around first.

If something doesn't work, we fix it

If the sheet doesn't work as described, email [email protected] or reply to your receipt. Say what you expected and what happened. Include the email address you bought with. We'll fix it and send you a working copy.

Please ask us first

If something's wrong with your order, write to us before contacting your bank. An email to us is faster for you than a card dispute, and we answer every message.

The charge appears under the name Creem, the company that processes payments for Pen & Sheet.
